In therapy, my goal is to help you process life's challenges and learn strategies to help you heal and thrive. I believe you are the expert of your own life and I would be honored to be alongside you to help bring about meaningful change.
I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University in 2016 and have worked in variety of settings since that time. I currently work with adult clients (18+) in-person in East Lansing and throughout Michigan via telehealth.
